Terms of Service
Last updated 2 August 2026
1. Who can use Roundo
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Roundo is built for running a round of recurring service work (window cleaning, gardening and similar) as a business, so you’re agreeing to these terms on behalf of that business.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Everything done under your account is your responsibility. Tell us promptly at support@roundo.io if you think someone else has gained access.
Please keep the details you give us accurate and up to date.
3. What Roundo does (and doesn’t) do
Roundo helps you organise customers, jobs, schedules and payment records. It’s a tool to help you run your round. It doesn’t take payments from your customers on your behalf, isn’t accounting or tax advice, and doesn’t replace your own records where the law requires you to keep them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- resell or repackage the Service as your own; or
- upload malware or use the Service to send spam or unlawful marketing.
5. Your customers’ data
When you add your customers’ details (names, addresses, contact details, job and payment history) you remain the “data controller” of that information and Roundo acts as your “data processor”: we only handle it to provide the Service to you. You’re responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and use your customers’ data and for any privacy notices you owe them.
How we process that data on your behalf, including security and our sub-processors, is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and acts as our data-processing agreement with you.
6. Fees
Roundo is a paid subscription service. New accounts start with a free trial (no card required); to keep using the Service after the trial ends you choose a paid plan. We’ll always make the price clear before any charge applies, and we’ll never charge a card without your clear agreement.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep Roundo running, but we provide the Service “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or pause features as the product evolves. We’ll give reasonable notice of any major change that materially reduces the Service.
8. Your data and intellectual property
Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of the customer, job and payment records you put into Roundo. You grant us the permission needed to host and process that data so we can run the Service for you. The Roundo name, software and design remain ours.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, Roundo isn’t liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.
Roundo is a business-to-business tool; the consumer-specific protections that would apply if you used it as a consumer don’t apply here.
10. Ending your use of Roundo
You can stop using Roundo and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Before your account is deleted you’ll have a reasonable opportunity to export your data; after deletion we keep data only as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change we’ll let you know (for example by email or in the app). Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
